Story
"A good mural becomes part of how people remember a place. That's what I'm after with every wall I paint."
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Price Goodman has spent more than two decades immersed in art and the last 10 years mastering the discipline of turning blank commercial and residential walls into unforgettable, larger-than-life experiences. If you live in Arizona, you've likely already seen his work without knowing it. The six-story portrait of Arizona's first governor, George W.P. Hunt, towering over The Governor apartment building. The pop-art-charged walls at Go AZ Motorcycles. Two three-story gummy bears rendered as a Samurai and Geisha at the Burton Apartments in Downtown Phoenix.
Every mural is created to do one thing: elevate a space and create a vibe people won't forget.
What sets Price apart is range. He refuses to be boxed into one medium. Spray paint, airbrush, acrylics, and a decade-long focus on murals. For him, mastering a new discipline is...
"Part of the adventure, the journey. If something's hard, I want to learn to master it. I want to be the best at it!"
That hunger came without a traditional art-school pedigree. Price skipped college, instead building his reputation from the ground up. Posting Craigslist ads, walking into businesses with his portfolio, sacrificing restaurant shifts to paint for clients who valued his art. That grind taught him what he now calls the real secret to longevity in a small industry.
"Reputations are really important... I always made it a point to do the best that I could to make my clients happy."
Today, Price works under a deliberately crafted identity. No real name, no face, just the work speaking for itself. Behind the anonymity is a fiercely collaborative artist who prides himself on close relationships with clients, blending their vision with his own signature touch to create something entirely unique to their space.
Whether it's a six-story public landmark, an intimate commercial interior, or a private residence backyard wall, Price's mission stays the same... Solve the challenge of bringing someone else's vision to life, without ever losing the joy of creating it.
How It Gets Made
Reach out by email or Instagram DM with the wall's size (sq ft), its location, indoor or outdoor, and a general idea of what you want painted. Pictures of the wall help too! Once I hear from you, I'll give you a call to talk it through.
Based on size, location, and how complex the design is, I'll send a ballpark price. It can change with added scope, revisions, or a full design change.
50% covers design, supplies, and booking. Payment plans are available.
I travel and work fast. 1,000+ hours on boom and scissor lifts, comfortable painting live around crowds, available overnight for rush orders. Murals can take a single day to a couple months.
The remaining balance is due on completion, along with a final walkthrough and photos of the finished wall.
Show off that beautiful new wall to the world!
